* Treasury Management Input: Influence how community treasury funds are allocated (grants, events, burns).
* Product Evolution: Vote on roadmap priorities, feature rollouts, and creator onboarding strategies.<br>

1. Phase 1-2: Snapshot voting (off-chain, gated by Passport ownership)
2. Phase 3: On-chain voting with governance smart contracts
3. Phase 4: Full DAO Treasury, proposal funding, and smart contract upgrades via Passport-governed decisions<br>
