Who Can Govern?

  • Only Pogs Passport holders are eligible to participate in governance.

  • Governance will evolve into a DAO model as the ecosystem matures.

Governance Rights

  • Proposal Creation: Submit ideas for ecosystem changes (e.g., new NFT types, reward mechanisms).

  • Voting Power: One Passport NFT = one governance vote.

  • Treasury Management Input: Influence how community treasury funds are allocated (grants, events, burns).

  • Product Evolution: Vote on roadmap priorities, feature rollouts, and creator onboarding strategies.

Governance Stages

  1. Phase 1-2: Snapshot voting (off-chain, gated by Passport ownership)

  2. Phase 3: On-chain voting with governance smart contracts

  3. Phase 4: Full DAO Treasury, proposal funding, and smart contract upgrades via Passport-governed decisions
